These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sammy's Store ("we", "us", "our") available at sammystorelogs.com (the "Site"). By creating an account, funding your wallet, or purchasing any product or service on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Sammy's Store provides access to virtual phone numbers, social media marketing (SMM) services, and digital accounts/credentials ("Products"). Products are delivered digitally and instantly or near-instantly after purchase, subject to stock availability.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Wallet & Payments

Purchases are made using your Site wallet balance, which you fund via our supported payment methods. Wallet funds are used solely to purchase Products on this Site and, unless otherwise stated, are non-transferable to another user or bank account.

4. Product Delivery & Availability

Stock levels shown on the Site reflect real-time availability from our suppliers where applicable and may change without notice. If a Product cannot be delivered after payment is deducted, your wallet will be automatically refunded for that order - see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or any Products purchased through it for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, spam, or violation of any third-party platform's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this section.

6. No Warranty on Third-Party Platforms

Digital accounts and numbers sold through the Site interact with third-party platforms (e.g. social networks, messaging apps, email providers) that we do not control. We make no guarantee that any third-party platform will not independently suspend, lock, or restrict an account after delivery, except as covered under our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sammy's Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any Product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
